Old Dungeons Will Join the Mythic+ Pool
Seasonal affixes for Mythic+ challenges must be learned in order to properly prepare for a new season.
In Season 4, however, the dungeons that may be entered will be from prior expansions, dating back to Warlords of Draenor.
It was previously known about six of the dungeons, but the public now has a chance to weigh in on the final two, Dungeons of the Dark Portal opens in a new tab.
It appears that the following dungeons will make an appearance in Season 4 of Shadowlands, as voting for their inclusion has now ended.
- Astonishing Streets of Tazavesh (Shadowlands)
- So’leah’s Tazavesh (Shadowlands)
- Scrapheap: Operation Mechagon (Battle for Azeroth)
- Mechagon Mission Workshop (Battle for Azeroth)
- Karazhan is lower than it was before (Legion)
- In Karazhan, head up to the upper floors (Legion)
- Steel Docks at the Grimrail Depot in Warlords of Draenor (Warlords of Draenor)

Older Shadowlands Raids Will Be Relevant Again
Castle Nathria and Sanctum of Domination, the first two Shadowlands raids, may be getting a “progenitor-themed affix system to infuse some new mechanical twists,” according to a post from Blizzardopens in a new tab.
It’s not entirely apparent how these affixes will be put into practice. Morgan Day, WoW’s assistant game director, acknowledged that they’re looking at more than one difficulty level for the earlier raids in an interview with Attalus of Warcraft Radio.
Timewalking raids and dungeons, on the other hand, are implemented in a very different fashion.
What matters is that Season 4 will have a unique twist with the promise of important stuff from raids that most players will disregard now that Sepulcher of the First Ones has arrived.

What Is Coming in Shadowlands Season 4?
The upcoming season is expected to include a number of improvements, including a new PvP season, an upgraded Mythic+ pool, and a new feature that will make raiding more challenging.
Players will be able to return to previous and current Shadowlands raids, such as Castle Nathria, Sanctum of Domination, and Sepulcher of the First Ones, to get access to more powerful raid loot through the addition of the new raid feature.
Eight new dungeons will be added to the Mythic+ pool, including six chosen by Blizzard and two from World of Warcraft that was subject to a community vote.
Blizzard has included the two-part dungeons from the previous expansions, Operation Mechagon and Return To Karazhan, in the new Tazavesh dungeon set. Due to this, the final two dungeons were left up to the community’s discretion.
