Breakdown of The Fifth Trailer for House of The Dragon
King Viserys and Rhaenyra(Milly Alcock) are shown in the teaser dining at a higher table in a hall. Viserys declares his intention to arrange a royal nuptial for his daughter. Then, with a voiceover stating that the marriage will usher in a new era for the dragons, the scene cuts down to two dragons flying over the vast sea.
King Viserys’ marriage proposal was accepted by Rhaenyra on the understanding that Otto Hightower would be held accountable for his words and actions. Even though Otto wasn’t entirely to blame, his decisions might have jeopardized Rhaenyra’s claim to be the heir.
The focus shifts to Lord Corlys and his wife at that point. His wife informs Corlys that there will be a challenge to Rhaenyra’s succession and that there will be knife fights. Suddenly, a battle breaks out, most likely in the same hall where Viserys made his daughter’s wedding announcement.

This scene most likely occurred while Otto Hightower was departing King’s Landing because King had released him from his obligations. He gave his daughter Alicent one final bit of advice before leaving. The trailer comes to an end at this point!
