Fantasy Football Implications For Week 9
Although Carter is now the team’s backup quarterback, he will see significant playing time now that both Keenan Allen and Mike Williams are injured.
If Carter plays, this is a fantastic matchup for him because the Falcons give up a lot of fantasy points to receivers.
Carter has been average for the majority of the 2022 season after a strong Week 1 performance. Over the past two games, he has seen 12 targets; perhaps this portends greater things to come. He’ll be hoping to suit up in Week 9 and perform well against a flimsy defense.
