A crewmember of Netflix’s sci-fi series “The Electric State” died in an off-set car accident in Georgia, where the film was shooting. However, according to the sources, the accident happened after working hours, and the production was also stopped for some days.
Although the film directors Anthony and Joe Russo didn’t provide any details, including the name of the crewmember, it was reported that counseling resources were provided to the cast and crew.
The film features some well-known artists like Millie Bobby Brown, Chris Pratt, Ke Huy Quan, Stanley Tucci, Jason Alexander, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Giancarlo Esposito, Anthony Mackie, and Billy Bob Thornton.
The film is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag and was expected to be released in 2024 by Netflix but due to this tragedy, it might get delayed. We will try to update this story as we get something new on this, so stay tuned.
