Mario Lopez Illness And Health Updates

Mario Lopez had an undiagnosed ailment as a child. The “X Factor” host admitted that when he was a newborn, his stomach wasn’t fully developed and was therefore very heavy at the time. Mario Lopez stated he had a tough childhood and that he weighed eight and a half pounds at birth, according to his parents. Additionally, he was unable to carry anything because his tummy was still developing. As a result of his stomach’s inability to fully digest the meals, Mario dropped four pounds. Similarly, Mario Lopez claimed that a Mexican witch doctor known as a “Bruja” is responsible for saving his life. He believes that the curandera saved him from death when he was a newborn.

Lopez said that the whole experience made him “a believer in alternative medicine” and to this day he often shares the childhood story about his ‘deadly’ illness.

Some of his admirers might not be familiar with his childhood, but they are probably aware of how important exercise and training are to the host.

The host discussed the physical and psychological advantages of including Brazilian jiu-jitsu in his training routine in an interview with Men’s Health.

It’s obvious that Mario Lopez has benefited greatly from fitness. It may seem completely ludicrous to someone who has been the centre of attention for three decades to see Mario Lopez in such good form.

However, his early health problems and his love of jiu-jitsu have served as complimentary therapies and ingrained in him a feeling of duty and discipline to maintain his physical fitness.
