Following the Met Gala, reports that actress Vanessa Hudgens and singer Jennifer Lopez wore the same dress to the charity event are taking over Twitter.
A picture of the pair wearing the exact same outfit on social media set off the entire situation. The floor-length, translucent black dress by Moschino had a lace bodice, puff sleeves, and a lengthy train.
The fashion faux pas shocked everyone, who expressed their dismay on Twitter. Nevertheless, you shouldn’t believe everything you read online.

To the dismay of some fans, the two A-listers didn’t wear the same dress to the Met Gala, and the picture was really altered with Photoshop.
Someone had grabbed a picture of Vanessa Hudgens, who actually did wear the black gown to the 2022 gala, and added JLo’s face to it to make it look like she did too.
If you look attentively, photoshop is incredibly terrible and absurd, but it still managed to deceive internet surfers. If the two wore the same attire, it would be rather iconic, but everything about this photo was a fraud on social media.

Jlo Didn’t Attend the 2022 Met Gala
Jennifer Lopez wasn’t truly at the 2022 Met Gala despite the photo fooling followers into believing she was.
It’s unknown why JLo and her new fiancé Ben Affleck decided to skip this year’s celebration.
She has been silent on social media and hasn’t let her followers know why she’s been gone.
However, the singer did appear at the 2021 Met Gala in September while donning a brown Ralph Lauren gown with beading and a plunging neckline.
Fans loved the way she styled the ensemble with a cowboy hat and several Western accouterments.
