Chainsaw Man
Release Date: October 11 – which lands in anime’s Fall 2022 season. We expect it to air on Crunchyroll at 8:00 AM Pacific/11:00 AM Eastern. That’s 5:00 PM in the UK.
Denji, the protagonist of Chainsaw Man, is a homeless young man who befriends a dog named Pochita who looks and acts like a devil because he lives in a world where devils are made out of people’s worst nightmares.
The show is based on a manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, and it follows the exploits of a man named Denji as he travels the world in search of devil bodies. It’s not a spoiler to say that he dies shortly thereafter, but he does make a pact with Pochita to be reborn as “Chainsaw Man.”
In the first arc, titled “Public Safety,” he teams up with the Public Safety Devil Hunters too, you guessed it, to hunt down devils around the world. But Denji has a secret weapon: by pulling a cord on his chest, he can become Chainsaw Man, whose chainsaws become his arms and legs.
Other hunters with him include the swordsman Aki and the more stereotypically demonic Power, as well as the head of Public Safety Division 4, Makima.
However, it is unclear if all 97 chapters of the Public Safety Arc will be included in the first season’s adaptation. If it does, it will likely have between 22 and 26 episodes (though this has not been confirmed as of this writing).

SPY x FAMILY Season 2
Release Date: October 1, 2022
SPY x FAMILY was split into two parts, or “cours,” according to a statement made by TOHO, the show’s distributor, prior to the show’s initial airing.
As announced at the end of August on the show’s official website and in this brief teaser video, the second half of SPY x FAMILY’s first season will premiere on October 1.
We anticipate that all new episodes of SPY x FAMILY will be available on Crunchyroll, though this has not yet been confirmed by the streaming service.
The remaining 13 episodes of SPY x FAMILY will bring the total to 25. Part two of SPY x FAMILY would likely conclude at the end of December after 13 weeks of episodes, depending on the precise premiere date.
Keep in mind that the original manga is still being published and that the first part of SPY x FAMILY only covered three of the nine available volumes (17 individual chapters for those keeping count).
If the second half covers as much ground as the first, there’s no reason to think the Forgers will be saying a final goodbye at the conclusion of the series.

Bleach Season 17 Release Date

The release date of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has been set for October 10, 2022, the beginning of the Fall 2022 anime season.
According to Oricon News, Season 17 of Bleach will consist of 4 episodes. However, there will be a break between the 4 parts due to the split cour broadcasting schedule.
Anime news leakers claim that Disney+ has reached an agreement to stream Bleach Season 17, which includes the upcoming Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, for fans around the world. From what we’ve heard, Crunchyroll came up short in the bidding war for the streaming rights licenses. If this is true, then it’s a huge step for the House of Mouse to corner a portion of the anime streaming market.
The new PV trailer for Episode 1 of Bleach debuted at the Bleach presentation at Aniplex Online Fest 2022 on September 24. Even though they teased viewers by mentioning that Americans are watching Bleach, no official announcement of Disney+ or details about future streaming plans were made.
