Alex Jones, the creator of InfoWars and a proponent of conspiracies, made his first appearance on the witness stand in the Connecticut defamation case brought against him by the families of Sandy Hook victims. CNN’s Eric Hill quotes Jones as saying the shooting was a fabrication and the victims were crisis actors.
