Dandadan Chapter 122 Recap
The chapter begins with Momo, Okarun, Kinta, and Bamora cleaning out the storehouse that will serve as their new clubroom. While working, Okarun and Momo discuss Sanjome, the new faculty member who has volunteered to be their club advisor. Okarun remarks that Sanjome seems different from other teachers, while Momo expresses her dislike for him and her inability to remember his face, even though she remembers his name.
While they are talking, Momo notices a student couple making out in a corner of the storehouse. She quickly becomes flustered and turns Okarun’s head around to keep him from seeing them. This leads to the two of them locking eyes for a brief moment.
After an awkward silence, Momo asks Okarun if he read the letter she gave him. Okarun gets flustered and tries to change the subject, but Momo is persistent. She punches him and demands an answer. Okarun eventually admits that he read the letter, but he says he doesn’t know what to say.
This makes Momo even more angry, and she starts yelling at Okarun. She tells him that he’s a coward and that he’s not worth her time. Okarun is heartbroken, and he runs away from Momo.
The chapter ends with the class representative approaching Okarun and asking him if he’s a vampire.
