Conceived by the visionary minds of Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, “Industry” emerged as a riveting drama etched against the backdrop of high-stakes finance. HBO and BBC Two welcomed audiences into this labyrinth of power dynamics, introducing a coterie of young, vibrant minds navigating the cutthroat corridors of an investment bank.

These aspirants, brimming with a hunger for triumph, beckon viewers into their world—a realm where the glow of computer screens illuminates their hopes and the pulse of the city fuels their relentless drive. But beyond the sleek facade of business deals and million-dollar transactions lies a tumultuous canvas of personal struggles, tangled relationships, and an insatiable appetite for indulgence.
Now, whispers echo through the concrete canyons of the financial capital—a promise of continuation, a glimpse into the lives that have ensnared us. “Industry” Season 3 beckons, poised to delve deeper into the labyrinthine corridors of Pierpoint & Co. Industry Season 3 Premiere Date
There is currently no release date for Industry Season 3. We don’t expect Industry season 3 to broadcast on the BBC or HBO Max until later in 2023, probably in 2024, as filming begins in April 2023.
The BBC has not yet disclosed which of its stations will broadcast Industry Series 3, but given that the first two seasons were broadcast on BBC2 and BBCiPlayer, it appears probable that the same channels will broadcast it again.
Industry Season 2 Recap
Season 2 of Industry picks up in the aftermath of the Reduction in Force (RIF) day that left Harper Stern (Myha’la Herrold) and her peers reeling. The high-stakes world of investment banking is still as demanding and cutthroat as ever, but the characters are facing new challenges and making new alliances.
Harper, desperate to regain her footing at Pierpoint & Co., sets her sights on securing a lucrative deal with controversial billionaire Jesse Bloom (Jay Duplass). She sees Bloom as her ticket back into the inner circle, but her ambition comes at a cost. She alienates her friends and colleagues, and she even risks her own moral compass in her pursuit of success.
Yasmin Kara-Williams (Marisa Abela) is also struggling to find her place in the world. She’s still haunted by the events of the previous season, and she’s questioning her career path. But she’s also determined to make her own mark in the industry, and she’s not afraid to take risks.
Robert Spearing (Harry Lawtey) is trying to move on from his relationship with Harper, but he’s finding it difficult to let go of his old habits. He’s still drawn to the excitement and adrenaline rush of the trading floor, and he’s not afraid to bend the rules to get what he wants.
Meanwhile, Eric Tao (Ken Leung) is trying to balance his ambition with his desire to do the right thing. He’s torn between his loyalty to Harper and his growing sense of responsibility to the firm.
As the season progresses, the characters’ lives become increasingly intertwined. They’re forced to make difficult choices that will have a lasting impact on their careers and personal lives. And in the cutthroat world of investment banking, there are no guarantees of success.
Industry Season 2 is a gripping and suspenseful drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat. It’s a must-watch for fans of the show and newcomers alike.
Probable Cast of Industry Season 3
In the third season of Industry, Kit Harington plays Henry Muck, the CEO and creator of Lumi, a promising green tech energy business preparing to go public.
Kit Harington is best known for his role as Jon Snow in Game of Thrones. He recently appeared in the drama Extrapolations on Apple TV+ and the second season of Modern Love on Prime Video. He explores into his grandfather’s involvement in World War II in the 2022 television series My Grandparent’s War on Channel 4.
In the film Eternals, he also plays Dane Whitman/Black Knight. Rose Leslie, Kit’s Game of Thrones co-star, is his wife. They have one child and intend to have another.
Some of our favorite characters from Season 3 are expected to return, including gay former Etonian Gus Sackey (David Jonsson), troubled American Harper Stern (Myha’la Herrold), affluent teenager Yasmin Kara-Hanani (Marisa Abela), and Robert Spearing (Harry Lawtey). The remaining cast members are still unknown.
Plot of Industry Season 3
As the young bankers continue to create their identities in the high-stress environment of Pierpoint & Co.’s London headquarters and the worldwide banking business, the third season of business is likely to contain more rampant drug use and sex. This time, Pierpoint & Co. executives are looking ahead and betting big on “ethical investing.”
As a result, the Assigned Desk becomes central to the operations of Lumi, a green tech energy corporation run by Kit Harington’s character, CEO and Founder Henry Muck. The story has implications for the highest echelons of government, journalism, and money.
We’ll see how this plays out because the bankers at Pierpoint & Co. had to deal with the arrival of US management at the end of Industry Season 2.
