Dee Snider, the longtime lead singer of Twisted Sister, called “MAGAT Fascists” who support Donald Trump out for using the band’s popular song “We’re Not Gonna Take It” as their anthem.
Self-described “libtard” Snider informed Trump supporters on Twitter that they are essentially the final group of individuals in the world for whom the song was written. In reality, he emphasized, those are precisely the kind of people who served as the song’s inspiration.
“Remember that the half-Jewish, cross-dressing libtard who wrote “We’re Not Gonna Take It” hates everything you stand for every time you sing the song.
Every irate word in the song was inspired by you and individuals like you! He tweeted, “SO FUCK OFF! The fact that Trump and his supporters frequently listened to different songs at rallies without asking has angered musicians, many of whom don’t share their political views.
Trump rallies frequently feature the Village People song “Y.M.C.A.,” which even Trump has referred to as a “gay anthem.” This is an odd choice for the conservative movement, which is renowned for generally opposing same-sex marriage.
A long number of musicians and their families have frequently asked Trump to stop associating with the former president, but he has repeatedly ignored their requests.
Trump received a cease-and-desist letter from John Fogerty for performing his song “Fortunate Son” at his rallies, while Tom Petty’s family referred to his use of the song “I Won’t Back Down” as a “campaign of hate.”

Numerous other musicians, including Ozzy Osbourne, Queen, Neil Young, Adele, Rihanna, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, and Elton John, have voiced their displeasure over the usage of their music to promote causes they don’t believe in.
Fans of Snider praised him and his assault.
