After a ten-year wait, the Bleach sequel has finally been released.
A decade after the last season aired, the much-loved Japanese anime Bleach will finally make a comeback with Thousand-Year Blood War.
Fans have been left wondering whether there will be closure for Ichigo, Rukia, and the entire Soul Society since Season 16 debuted back in 2012.
The tranquility is abruptly disturbed when warning sirens blare throughout the Soul Society, according to the official synopsis for Thousand-Year Blood War. Nobody knows who is responsible for the residents’ mysterious disappearances. Meanwhile, in Karakura Town, darkness is drawing near to Ichigo and his pals.
The whole English voice cast, which includes Wally Wingert as Renji Abarai, Doug Erholtz as Kisuke Urahar, Michelle Ruff as Rukia Kuchiki, Derek Stephen Prince as Uryu Ishida, Stephanie Sheh as Orihime Inoue, and Johnny Yong Bosch as Ichigo Kurosaki, will return to their roles.
Daiki Yamashita (My Hero Academia) and Asami Seto are new cast members (Jujutsu Kaisen).

The first episode of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will be available on Disney Plus in the UK on October 10 at 4:30.
On the platform, new episodes will be posted each Monday. The sequel series is available on Hulu for viewers in the USA.
