Thomas Dexter Jakes Sr., often known as T. D. Jakes, is an American bishop, author, and filmmaker who was born on June 9, 1957.
He serves as the bishop of the nondenominational American megachurch The Potter’s House. The Potter’s Touch airs Jakes’s church services and evangelistic talks.

The couple is also dealing with further serious allegations from the biological mother of their adopted son on top of the divorce and sexual abuse charges.
More claims were made against the famous couple on social media by the woman, who claimed they had manipulated her into approving the adoption. The biological mother was using religion as a means of manipulation.
She worries that Richard’s incarceration led to harm being done to her daughter, the Colemans’ adoptive daughter, while she was in their custody.
