Reports indicate that Johnny Depp, 59, has inked a new three-year deal with the Dior Sauvage brand, ensuring his continued prominence with the company.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor reportedly signed the biggest deal for men’s fragrance in history, for “upwards of $20 million.”
The Variety article also stated that Depp was paid nearly twice as much as Robert Pattinson for his work as a spokesperson for Dior Homme.
Other Hollywood A-listers rumored to be receiving lower pay from fragrance brands include Brad Pitt, who reportedly made “$7 million” to advertise Chanel No. 5, and Chris Pine, whose deal with Armani is reportedly valued at “$4 million a year over 3 years.”
Reports surfaced after Depp, newly single after winning a defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard, described the proceedings as a “horror show.”
In the past, in November 2022, Depp publicly thanked social media content producer Andy Signore for standing out for the Hollywood star during the slander trial using his platform.
Popcorned Planet’s Signore at the time published an exclusive interview with the actor from backstage at one of his shows.
After Depp gave Signore a bear hug backstage in Las Vegas, the fan shouted, “Oh my god, thank you!” I understand how you feel, and I want you to know how proud I am of you.
I’m going to cry because you didn’t give up. The newfound joy in your life has me ecstatic for you. I’m just glad I had a voice to tell the world the truth.
In response, Depp said, “You guys are the soldiers. The fact that you all came together to help me rise above the horror show was shocking.
From the depths of my soul, I want to express my gratitude to you. I appreciate your help very much.
Heard was found guilty of defaming the Pirates of the Caribbean actor in an op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018. The trial took place in Fairfax County District Court in June 2022.
Depp received a total of $15m (£13m) in damages following the unanimous judgment; this was split between $10m (£8.3m) in compensatory damages and $5m (£4m) in punitive damages.

Conclusion
Reportedly making him the highest-paid male fragrance spokesman in history, Johnny Depp has inked a lucrative three-year agreement with Dior Sauvage. Depp’s contract reportedly pays him over $20 million, more than Robert Pattinson, Brad Pitt, or Chris Pine. This follows his successful slander suit against ex-wife Amber Heard.
