On October 15, 2020, the now-separated couple was married, 23 months after David cited their split as the date (Sept. 15, 2022).
Their 19-month-old daughter Anna Love Beador was born on February 5, 2021, and they share her. According to the paperwork, David is asking for shared physical and legal custody.

After only 23 months of marriage, David Beador secured a court date for Thursday and filed for divorce from Lesley Beador.
The documents, which were obtained by TMZ, state that David is citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the separation. He also puts the date of separation as September 15, the same day he filed for divorce.
The dude is a time waster. Anna Love Beador, David and Lesley’s 19-month-old daughter, is the subject of his request for joint physical and legal custody.
Regarding spousal support, he doesn’t want to give anything to her. He also states they have a prenup. Anna was born less than 4 months after David and Lesley wed in October 2020.
David was widely featured on “RHOC” and had been married to Shannon for 17 years prior to meeting Lesley. He and Shannon are parents to 3 children.
In terms of real estate, the couple lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Orange County, California, respectively. Nevertheless, the filings note that “the true form and amount of Petitioner’s distinct property is to be determined at the time of trial or settlement.”
“Given the brief duration of the marriage, the assets and obligations that belong to the community are little. The Prenuptial Agreement in force as of October 9, 2020, is decisive.”
