BTS member Jin, also known as Kim Seok Jin, is all set to join his South Korean military duty. Before joining the army, the artist shared photographs of himself on the Weverse fan group wearing his most recent outfit in accordance with military regulations. He opted for a buzz cut with very short hair and was dressed simply in a black T-shirt.
A fan, or member of the BTS Army, tweeted, “How can he seem still lovely,” in response to Jin’s latest photo. Another said, “That’s right, still the cutest.” Another person said, “No matter what happens, I am PROUD of you, will always remember you, and will continually pray for you! Return safely. Kim Seokjin, you have my undying affection now and forever.
Kim Seok Jin said last month that he will be enlisting on December 13. The vocalist for Astronaut will be at the recruit training facility in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do, where he will undergo a five-week training, according to South Korean news agency Yonhap.
He will be sent to the army’s front-line unit after completing his training. He will complete his tasks for 18 months in total, and RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will follow him eventually. The gang won’t meet again until 2025 after completing their required military duty.
An earlier announcement regarding Jin’s military service was made by BTS’ management company, BigHit Music. The declaration said, “By joining the army, Jin will serve the necessary amount of time in the military. Please be aware that the day of his recruiting will not be the subject of any formal ceremony.”
“Only military members and their families are permitted to attend the entry ceremony. We kindly encourage fans not to visit the place in order to avoid any problems that might arise from congestion.

According to sources, military authorities would reportedly take further measures to ensure safety during Jin’s enrollment at the military training facility. Before doing his services for his country, Jin just made his solo debut in October with the song The Astronaut.
