The first season of the romantic comedy show premiered on Netflix on October 2, 2020, and due to the show’s success, a renewal for the second season was announced just after a month, which was later released on Netflix on December 22, 2021.
Since the end of the second season didn’t satisfy viewers, Netflix announced that there would be a third and fourth seasons. What will happen in the third season of Emily in Paris?
At the conclusion of Emily in Paris season 2, Emily (Lily Collins) was upset as her love interest Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) was already in affair with his girlfriend Camille (Camille Razat), but she falls for her new love interest Alfie (Lucien Laviscount). She picks up his tough and bitter boss Sylvie’s call, she was nervous and tried to answer.
Whether Emily stick with long-time mentor Madeline (Kate Walsh) and return to Chicago? Or will she leave her long-term job and cushy promotion to join Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) and the gang at the new firm? Interestingly, the season finishes without getting an answer. But despite all the questions that were left unanswered, if there was one thing that was crystal clear at the end, it was the Emily in Paris Outfits. They were what impressed viewers the most and made Emily Cooper shine the brightest in the show.
Well, we already know the answer—Emily will stay with Sylvie—before the third season even airs. Since the name of the programme is Emily in Paris, there is absolutely no chance that Emily would go back to Chicago, thus it has been figured that she will quit her her job and work with Sylvie at the new business.

Speaking to etonline, Lilly Collins said: “More love triangles, more drama, more laughs, more fashion, more locations, more France!” With the show’s renewal for a fourth season, the Rules Don’t Apply star also hinted that there is room for “a lot of cliffhangers.”

On November 20th, Netflix released the official trailer for the third chapter of Emily in Paris. Emily was shown in the clips sporting an absurd assortment of costumes, which fans adored. Furthermore, the trailer showed Emily’s strong emotional bonds with Alfie and Gabriel, as well as stunning locations.
