Maples was born on October 27, 1963 in Cohutta, Georgia. When Donald Trump was married to Ivana Trump, Maples grabbed his attention.
Trump, father of three at the time then divorced Ivana to marry Maples whom he had one daughter with namely Tiffany Trump.
But with Trump busy rebuilding his crumbling financial empire, their marriage quickly fell apart. They effectively had a 12-year relationship where he went from the brink of bankruptcy to having a net worth of over $5 billion.
Donald and Maples’ marriage then fell apart by May 1997, and in 1999, the actress walked away with a 2 million dollar settlement which may seem like a huge amount but for a billionaire like Trump, it was quite a petty amount.
