I noticed a change in my physique and was curious if other people had also seen it by looking at images of me.
A peculiar and ongoing effort was mine to maintain the image of myself that I had previously presented to the public.
Now I was constantly checking myself out in the mirror. I’ve caught myself saying, “OK, like, I was being too hard on myself.” It’s all good now. As far as I can tell, my size has not changed. ‘Everything is all right.'”
The Ohio native spoke out to her audience, telling them that some days she feels “powerful and confident,” but other days are filled with “the rabbit hole of nasty remarks.”
