Kourtney is open about her diet and exercise regimen as well. In an earlier YouTube live session with her sister Khloé Kardashian, she revealed that she “would just jump rope for 20 minutes” to be in shape while eating “pasta, ice cream, and baskets of Focaccia” every day during their summer in Italy.

For ten minutes, or as long as I could stand it, I would do nothing but push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc. Something like a butt exercise. Just to keep things interesting, I would frequently switch things up.
