Heidi stressed that she is open to evolving beauty norms in her interview.
The star of the NBC comedy shared, “Over the years, I’ve learned to be happier at the moment.” Instead of wishing it away, I want to immerse myself at the moment, appreciate what I’m doing, and find beauty in the process. But I don’t dwell on the past. I focus on the here and now while making plans for the future.
Heidi has spoken about her exceptional ease when posing for naked images, saying that she was raised with an acceptance of nudity.
She declared her nudism to Ocean Drive magazine in November 2016: “I grew up going to nude beaches with my parents, so I’m a nudist.”

My feelings toward nudity are neutral. It’s pretty easy for me to wander around freely. I prefer to go topless when I visit the beach, and I only do it when I am at a secluded location.
She also clarified that she does not consider naked or provocative attire to be “vulgar,” as she did in her Devil Wears Prada cameo.
Heidi summed up her stance on the matter by saying, “Everyone should do what they want to do, even if it’s thigh-high stockings and a garter belt that reveals a little bit when you sit at the dinner table.”
