Tatiana Maslany will play the lead role of Tatiana in the upcoming AMC series “Invitation to a Bonfire,” written by Rachel Caris Love and based on the codependent marriage of Vladimir and Vera Nabokov.
She will not only star in the 2023 premiere but also serve as executive producer.
It was at AMC’s presentation at the 2022 Television Critics Association summer press tour that the news of Maslany’s casting was revealed.
She will star alongside Ngozi Anyanwu, Pilou Asbaek, and Freya Mavor, all of whom were previously revealed.
In “Invitation to a Bonfire,” based on the novel by Adrienne Celt and taking place in the 1930s at an all-girls boarding school, we follow Zoya (Mavor), a young Russian immigrant and groundskeeper, as she becomes entangled in a deadly love triangle with the school’s newest faculty member, Leo (Asbk), an enigmatic novelist, and the bewitching Vera (Maslany), Le There will be six episodes in the first season.

Maslany has risen to fame for her appearances in the science fiction series “Orphan Black.” She has also been seen in “The Other Half,” a film by Joey Klein, and on HBO’s “Perry Mason.” In the upcoming Disney+ original series “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” she plays the lead role.
