Both Hannity and Earhardt deny they are dating, but a source close to them says, “It’s been an open secret.”
According to a source close to Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt, the Fox News hosts have been quietly dating “for years.”
Both denied their relationship, which was first reported by Vanity Fair earlier Thursday.
“Right now, I’m focused on raising my daughter, and I’m not dating anyone,” Earhardt, a Fox & Friends co-host, said via a network spokesperson. “Anyone who works at Fox News will tell you that Sean is a wonderful person, and whoever he chooses to date will be extremely fortunate.”
“I do not discuss my personal life in public,” Hannity stated through a spokesperson.
However, a source close to the situation claims that the two have “been secretly seeing each other for years.”
“He’s very private because he’s famous and controversial,” a source says, “but it’s been an open secret that they’ve been seeing each other.”
Earhardt has been recording at Hannity’s home studio on Long Island, New York, and is renting a nearby house.

“They’re together all the time,” the source says, “but in private… for years, not just months.”
According to the source, Earhardt and Hannity have been seen “acting flirtatious in off-hours” and “getting cozy in the back of” a New York City bar near the Fox News studios.
“And he’s whisked her off on his chopper for a vacation many times,” says the source.
According to Vanity Fair, Earhardt accompanied Hannity on his helicopter to the wedding of another Fox News host, Pete Hegseth, last August.
Hannity and his ex-wife, Jill Rhodes, confirmed last week that they had quietly divorced more than a year ago and had been separated for years before that. They had been married for over two decades.
The former couple said in a joint statement to Landscapesight on June 3: “Sean and Jill are committed to collaborating for the sake of their children. Sean and Jill reached mutually beneficial agreements more than four years ago. As parents to their children, they maintain a close relationship.”
“Neither will have any further comments and request that their privacy be respected for the sake of their children,” the statement concluded.

Hannity and Rhodes, a former journalist, have two children: Sean Patrick, 21, and Merri Kelly, 18.
After filing for divorce from ex-husband Will Proctor in October 2018, Earhardt, 43, finalized her own divorce in 2019. Hayden, their four-year-old daughter, was born in 2012.
In an October 2019 interview with Landscapesight, she expressed gratitude that her divorce chapter was “closed,” and she and Proctor remain amicable and focused on raising their daughter together.
“We’re concentrating on the future and raising our daughter.” We truly wish each other the best and will remain friends for the rest of our lives because we share this precious, beautiful daughter. “She is our top priority,” Earhardt said at the time, after falling pregnant three months after a miscarriage. “She is my life’s light.”
Earhardt went on to say that she and her ex-husband “co-parent beautifully.” [Hayden] adores both her mother and father, and we adore her.”
The TV host also talked to Landscapesight about the difficulties of being a single mother, as well as her thoughts on marriage and having more children if she meets a new partner.
“I’d like to find love again, and I’d like to show Hayden how to be in a loving relationship one day.” “But I don’t know when that will be,” she said at the time. “I know that if it is God’s will, he will bring the right man into my life, and he will do it in his time.”
