The only child of Matt and Amy Roloff, the creators of Little People, Big World, Molly Roloff no longer appears on her family’s TLC show and lives primarily in the background.
Since she left the show, Molly’s family has periodically commented on her personal life and provided updates on her life in Spokane, Washington, where she resides with her husband, Joel Silvius.
Like her brothers Jeremy and Jacob Roloff, Molly quit the show without making a big deal of it. Although the Roloffs have never provided a specific explanation, Molly’s location is probably a contributing element.
Molly and Joel moved to Spokane, which is about a five- to seven-hour journey from the family farm in Oregon, after getting married in a small ceremony on Roloff Farms in August 2017.
Despite the distance, Molly continues to be close with the Roloffs and visits them whenever she can. Fans can still see Molly on her mother Amy’s Instagram profile, where she occasionally posts pictures and videos from her time with Molly.
“Easter weekend in Spokane. There is nothing better than spending time with some of my children and grandkids while praising the Lord. Hallelujah!”
In April, Amy added a caption to an Instagram image that included Molly and her husband.
Molly’s family has also kept fans informed about her personal life. Her brother Zach Roloff revealed that she and Joel bought a home in April 2019.
On April 22, while visiting his sister in Spokane, Washington, he posted on Instagram, “My little sister Molly and her husband Joel bought a house!
Zach posted images of the family posing in front of their ranch-style, one-story home. But he’s not the only one who has shown off Molly and Joel’s Spokane residences.
Amy has also shared images of Molly’s new house, including images of her adorable kitchen as the two cook together.
“This girl! She was and still is the nicest birthday present I’ve ever received. Happy 25th birthday, Molly girl! Amy wrote the caption for a post from September 2018. “I wish you have a beautiful, fantastic, blessed day honoring You. I will always and forever love you.
Every Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET, TLC airs brand-new episodes of Little People, Big World.
Although the family has never made it clear why Molly departed their TLC program, Matt Roloff previously suggested that it might have been because of something that happened during the first few days of filming.
On the First Class Fatherhood podcast in May 2021, Matt noted, “We had some other scares in the early days when everyone was little.”
“We took great care of one another. We were especially concerned about Molly becoming involved.
There were some fans who were overly eager to meet the various family members they were obsessed with when we were filming the show.

I’m so glad I drove to Spokane last weekend to spend time with my daughter, Amy said. “I had a blast – we went on walks, played games, ate, made bread with Molly, and just hung out with them.
Even better, I got to go to Aunties, one of my favorite bookstores. Although I’m glad they’re both doing well and happy, I miss them both terribly. Another road trip is imminent.
Tori’s Update on Molly
Sister-in-law of Molly On June 3, during a fan Q&A, Tori responded to a question from a fan asking, “Why do we never see Molly?” with an update via Instagram Stories.
Because Jo is busy living it up in Spokompton! Tori wrote next to a picture of a previous Christmas party. However, we get to visit her in a few weeks! Though we speak frequently, we miss her and Joel a lot.
