Terry Bradshaw has emerged as one of America’s favorite media figures. After his successful NFL career. A household name for his accomplishments both on and off the football game, the former quarterback is well-known.

He has accomplished this despite a number of health issues. Bradshaw had recently disclosed that he had battled cancer twice in the previous year.

He mentioned this during the NFL pregame program on Fox: “I was out of breath during last week’s episode and Howie (Long) helped me get up. Many people are questioning what is wrong with me and what has physically happened to me.”

Terry Bradshaw Reveals Cancer Diagnosis

One of the co-hosts of Fox NFL Sunday and Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw revealed on television on Sunday that he had battled cancer twice in the previous year.

Bradshaw addressed the matter on Sunday’s edition before the rest of the schedule began after an incident occurred during the pregame show the previous week.

“Last week on this show, I ran out of breath, and Howie [Long] helped me up. And a lot of people are asking what’s wrong with me, what’s happened to me physically. I just want to address it and let you know what has happened in my life,” Bradshaw said.

“In November, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I went to the Yale University Medical Center – for surgery and treatment. As of today, I am bladder-cancer free. That’s the good news.

“Then in March, feeling good. I had a bad neck. I get an MRI. Now we find a tumor in my left neck. And it’s a Merkel cell tumor, which is a rare form of skin cancer. So I had that surgery done at M.D. Anderson in Houston.

“Folks, I may not look like my old self, but I feel like my old self. I’m cancer free, I’m feeling great. And over time, I’m going to be back to where I normally am.”

Throughout his long and successful career, Bradshaw has made numerous TV commercial appearances. In addition, he has a long list of cameo appearances in movies and television, and he co-hosted The Bradshaw Bunch, a reality series, with his children.

Bradshaw then commented that he “may not look like my old self, but I feel like my old self. I came from cancer free, I’m feeling wonderful. And over time, I’m going to be back to where I generally am.”

A four-time winner and two-time Super Bowl MVP during his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Bradshaw has previously opened up about his fight with melancholy. He has not been afraid to open up about his condition, both from a medical and mental aspect.
