There is a baby brother on the way! Amy Halterman (née Slaton) and her husband, Michael Halterman, welcomed their second child in July 2022.
In an Instagram post, Amy Halterman announced the arrival of her baby, Glenn Allen Halterman, on Friday, July 8. Among the images she posted was one of Glenn meeting his big brother, Gage, for the first time.
Glenn Slaton was born through c-section on July 5, weighing 5 lbs. 11 oz. and I was measuring 17.5 inches at birth, according to a People interview with the mother of two.
After what seems like an eternity, the moment has arrived. “Glenn Allen Halterman has been born to Michael and me,” the reality star announced to People. Our family is now complete thanks to the triumphant arrival of both of my miraculous babies!
While Amy Halterman was pregnant, she used charming graphics to show the fetus’s growth in relation to various fruits and vegetables. She published these images on her Instagram account.
In her final post before Glenn’s June 20 delivery, she wrote, “15 more days until I get to hold my baby boy!!!” She compared her unborn child’s size to a head of romaine lettuce in the post.
She revealed her pregnancy in January, stating, “Gage is going to be a big brother in July 2022,” when the happy pair married in Nashville, Tennessee, in March 2019.

Prior to the birth of her second child, the Kentucky native captivated viewers with her incredible weight reduction journey, which saw her drop from 406 pounds in season 1 to 275 pounds in season 10. She was, however, concerned about her fitness development after the birth of Gage.
As she said at the time, she was worried that she wasn’t far enough in her weight loss journey.
In order to prevent me from obsessing over the number on the scale, I never step on it. And if it continues to rise, I’ll become melancholy and crave more food. Hence, the recommendation is to avoid looking at it.
