Adam Klotz, the weatherman for FOX NEWS, was left battered and injured after getting involved in a fight he witnessed on the train.

Adam Klotz reportedly spotted a bunch of adolescents harassing an older man as he was walking home after watching the New York Giants game Saturday night at a pub in New York City.

In accordance with Klotz’s Instagram photos about the occasion, when he instructed the children to “knock it out,” they turned on him instead.

Klotz stated: “This bunch of seven or eight youngsters were harassing this older man on the metro.”

“And I said, ‘Yo, guys, cut it out,'” he continued. And they decided that “Okay, if he doesn’t get it, then you get it!” They gave it to me, and boy did they.”

According to police sources, the youths were allegedly smoking pot when the Klotz challenged them at about 1:15 a.m. aboard a No. 1 train. Klotz claims that he came across a group of seven to eight youngsters who were using marijuana on the train and attempting to use a lighter to burn an older man’s hair on fire. He further asserted that no one else on the train made an effort to assist him.

After the assault, the suspects got on the train at the 18th Street stop, but three of them—two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old—were later apprehended by police, according to sources. They were nevertheless released uncharged. Klotz received non-life-threatening treatment for his wounds at Bellevue Hospital.
