Spanish black comedy-drama ‘Sky Rojo’ showed the impunity, ambiguity, and brutal reality of prostitution, which is why the series was a huge hit when it was released.
On March 19, 2021, the first season of the series premiered on 19 March 2021, and just after three months, the second season was made available to Netflix on 23 July. Both of the seasons contained a total of eight 25-minute episodes.
The series has a unique story, which centers on three prostitutes, Coral, Wendy, and Gina, who are on the run while being followed by Romeo, their pimp from Las Novias Club in Tenerife, and his two goons, Moisés and Christian, and during their journey, they all face a lot of dangers and live every second as if it were their last.

What will happen in the third season of Sky Rojo?
At the conclusion of the second season, we have seen that both Moises and Christian wanted to change their lives by leaving the dirty business of Romeo and settling in Namibia with their ailing mother suffering from dementia. Moises met with the three girls in a Motel and helped them with some money to leave the island.
However, Coral (Verónica Sánchez) had her own plans as she didn’t want to leave before destroying Romeo, so the three of them planned to steal Romeo’s earnings from Madeira, whereas Moises and Christian also planned a heist to steal money from Madeira as their mother was kidnapped by Romeo.
During the heist, Furman accidentally shot Christian in the stomach. Coral forcefully took Moises hostage. Romeo, on the other hand, thought that Moises stole his money and ran away, so he locked his bleeding brother Christian to scare Moises.
Eventually, Coral, Wendy, and Gina were able to leave the island with the stolen money. When Moises returned, he saw his brother Christian dying in pain. Even though it was Romeo’s fault, he blamed Coral and the gang for Christian’s death. Moises reunited with Romeo and was desperate to get revenge for the death of Christian.
Moises, at last hugs Romeo and, says: “We may have lost the battle. But not the war.”
Well, the ending of the second season has given a lot of things to speculate that in the third season, we may see the major role of Moises, who is angry about his brother’s death and is prepared to find all three girls from any corner of the world.
Other than that, there is a possibility that Coral, Wendy, and Gina, who escaped with the stolen money, will work in a club that is owned by Romeo’s good friend so that they will find an easy way to catch all of the three of them, and Moises will take vengeance against them.
Fans will have to wait until an official trailer for season 3 is out, since it will clear a lot of things up for everyone; until then, anything you hear is just speculation.
The third season of Sky Rojo is set to premiere on Netflix on 13th January 2023.
