Courteney Cox is one of the few women in Hollywood who has been honest about the treatments she has had done to her face.

The 57-year-old actress has claimed she underwent extensive cosmetic surgery, admitting she even believed she had gone too far at one point, seeming completely unrecognizable.

When comparing images of the Friends star from the 1990s to now, it’s clear she’s had a variety of surgeries.

Courteney used to be a big admirer of fillers, but she got rid of them all in 2017.

Courtney told New Beauty in 2017: “I’ve got to learn to love movement and realize that fillers are not my buddy.”

“I had all of my fillers removed. I’m as natural as they come. Because I look like myself, I feel better. I believe I now resemble the person I used to be. “I’m hoping I can.”

She claimed that she became hooked on surgery over time and that she was seeking counsel from the wrong people.

“Well, what would happen is that you would go to a doctor who would say, ‘You look terrific, but a little injection here or filler there would help.’ So you leave, and you don’t look half awful, and you think to yourself, “No one noticed—good.” it’s Then you hear about another doctor who is “wonderful.” They do this individual who appears to be very natural.’ When you meet them, they tell you, “You should just do this.”

“The next thing you know, you’re layered on top of layered on top of layered on top of layered on top of layered on top of layered on top of layered on top of You have no notion because it happens slowly until you realize, “Oh s—t, this doesn’t seem right.”

And it’s even awful in photos than it is in person. ‘Whoa, no more!’ said one of my friends. I reflected on the fact that I hadn’t done anything in six months. I had no idea.”

“I’d see pictures and think, ‘Oh, is that what I look like?'” she explained. And when I asked a friend, they said, ‘Oh God, no.’ And I’ve never considered myself to be delusional. I believe that images appear to be worse than they are, so when others around the world see you and write terrible remarks, I say to myself, ‘It may be worse than it is.'”

Courteney admitted that she had embraced a more natural approach to aging.

“Things will change. Everything is going to come crashing down. “I was trying to keep it from falling, but it made me appear false,” she explained.

“Motion in your face is essential, especially if you have thin skin like mine.” Those are smile lines, not wrinkles.”

Courteney also stated that she still loves her in-salon skin treatments.

It’s also a warning tale about the overuse of injectables, which is why I’ve been asked to do a Before and After on Courteney Cox numerous times.

Despite the fact that the 51-year-old Friends actress and former model has been in the public eye for almost 30 years, the Daily Mail has noticed something new about her face. It was something that made her “unrecognizable.”

Courteney Cox After Plastic Surgery

Courteney Cox of “Friends” admitted that earlier cosmetic treatments had left her “looking extremely odd.”

In an interview with The Sunday Times, Cox said she sought to “sue” youthfulness by working hard, but regretted the outcome.

“There was a period when you’d think to yourself, ‘Oh, I’m changing.’ ‘I’m getting older,’ Cox told The New York Times. “And I didn’t know that, oh shit, I’m actually looking pretty weird with injections and doing things to my face that I’d never do now.”

In a 2017 interview, Cox stated that she had dissolved all of her fillers and was learning to be content with her natural appearance.

Cox told New Beauty magazine at the time, “You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like myself.” “I’ve got to learn to love movement and accept that fillers are not my friends.”

According to cosmetic nurse Vanessa Lee, dermal fillers are formed of hyaluronic acid, a sugar molecule found in your body. Fillers are expensive, and the results only last a few years.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, fillers were one of the most popular non-invasive cosmetic procedures in 2020. According to some plastic doctors, the rise in Zoom meetings during the pandemic may have contributed to the increase in plastic surgery, as more Americans were staring at themselves for hours at a time at work.
