Actress Lily James claims that after acting in the character of Pamela Anderson, she was treated like “s***” and a “wreck.”
The 33-year-old actress was worn out by her method acting while portraying the 55-year-old “Baywatch” star in the series “Pam & Tommy,” which followed Pamela’s tumultuous relationship with Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, 59, who was portrayed by 40-year-old actor Sebastian Stan, according to aceshowbiz.com.

As she is so different from Pamela, British-born Allen continued that she felt compelled to remain in character “I couldn’t switch back and forth because of how different she was from myself. I was forced to remain in this Lily/Pamela middle ground for the majority of the time. I could completely mimic her voice.”
“Even when I went out to eat, I would identify as American when I placed my order with the waiter or spoke to my mother on the phone. Because I consistently sound like Pamela in job interviews, I believe I’ve missed a lot of opportunities.”
In order to become Pamela, she spent four hours a day applying makeup, which involved donning a prosthetic body suit. “Naturally, there was the bodily change. Our amazing crew gradually achieved a balance where I looked like Pamela while yet feeling like I could act in it.”
“I’ve never done something before where I look a lot different from who I am. And because I found it to be so liberated and free, I’d really like to keep going in this direction. A certain amount of boldness resulted from that. boldness that manifested itself by… vanishing.”
The sex video incident that involved Pamela and Tommy is the focus of the show “Pam and Tommy.” Rand Gauthier, played by Seth Rogen, 40, stole the footage after Tommy allegedly failed to pay him for work he had done on their house.
Pamela has insisted that the film wasn’t a sex tape but rather a collection of images from their vacation that also included sexual behaviors.
