David Adedeji Adeleke was born on November 21, 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia, and he is known by his stage name, Davido. His father, Adedeji Adeleke, is the President of Adeleke University and a prosperous businessman who controls Pacific Holdings Limited.
Vero, his mom, was a professor at a university back in the day. Davido is the second son his father has ever had, and he grew up in a family of five elder brothers and sisters.
He started his education at the British International School Lagos (BIS) on Victoria Island and continued it at Oakwood University in Alabama once he turned 16.
