Lala Kent, one of the stars of Vanderpump Rules, is a smokin’ sexy mother. In March of 2021, the reality actress gave birth to her daughter Ocean with ex-boyfriend Randall Emmett, and her figure quickly returned to its pre-pregnancy state.
Within a matter of months, she was back to bikini body shape, much to the delight of her adoring public.
Lala said that it was a stroke of fate that she had been able to go back into her pre-pregnancy size swimsuit so quickly.
Lala Kent posted a photo from her 31st birthday party in September 2021 to Instagram on February 5th, 2022.
She let her fans know that despite her stunning appearance as she emerged from the surf in a white patterned bikini, she has her share of insecurities.
Every woman’s body will always inspire admiration in me. Each and every one of them. I think it was mostly genetics that helped me recover rapidly after having Ocean. We all have insecurities, and it’s not easy to overcome them,” she began.

“What are some of your deepest fears?” Then Lala questioned. There are a few that describe me: “My left ear is prominent, and my left boob is larger than my right.”
In June of 2022, Lala underwent plastic surgery for a breast augmentation and to have her left ear pinned back, thereby resolving both difficulties.
In a video posted on Instagram after the surgery, the Bravo actress can be seen resting on a hospital gurney, her head bandaged.
She stated boldly, “I continued on the elevator, saying to everyone who came, ‘I got my boobs done.'” She continued, “Some may ask why my head is tied up.
Everyone was so preoccupied with their own breasts that nobody noticed my lovely left ear was pinned back. This makes me so happy.
After a heartbreaking breakup with Randall, Lala revealed in January 2022 that she was getting breast implants on her “Give Them Lala” show.

She explained, “It may sound like I’m getting my boobs done for men, but it’s getting my boobs done for me,” adding, “They were big, and I loved them” about her pregnancy breasts.
Over the Fourth of July weekend in 2022, Lala showed off her new, improved bust in a bikini alongside her friend and Vanderpump Rules costar Scheana Shay.
