XO, Kitty has finally arrived, and readers of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before can’t get enough. When can we expect season two?
Fans of To All the Boys star Kitty (Anna Catchart) have been waiting eagerly for Netflix to release the series’ planned spin-off. Kitty does not fail to impress, XO. In the show, Kitty follows her true love, Dae (Minyeong Choi), to a boarding school in Seoul. Kitty, like To All The Boys, XO, has more drama than you can shake a stick at.
Each episode ends on a cliffhanger that has fans begging for more. This article contains information on the second season of XO, Kitty, including its premiere date, cast, plot details, trailers, and more.
Is There Going to Be a Second Season of Xo, Kitty?
Netflix has not yet announced whether or not XO, Kitty will return for a second season. To the fans’ relief, however. When deciding whether or not to reveal whether or not a Netflix show has been renewed, the streaming service typically waits a couple of months. XO, Kitty will most likely return for more love if it continues to be successful and the cast is eager to return.
As soon as we hear anything from the cast and To All the Boys author Jenny Han, we’ll be sure to pass along the news.
When Will Xo, Kitty Season 2 Be Available?
Without confirmation of a second season, there is no way to know when XO, Kitty might return to Netflix. However, given that Netflix typically waits a year between seasons, the second season of XO, Kitty could potentially premiere as soon as May of 2023.
We assume that season 2 of XO, Kitty will also consist of 10 episodes, each of which will run for 30 minutes.
Who Will Return for Season 2 of Xo, Kitty?
We anticipate the return of the entire main cast if XO, Kitty is picked up for a second season. That is to say, Season 2 will likely feature returns from Anna Catchcart (Kitty), Minyeong Choi (Dae), Anthony Keyvan (Q), Gia Kim (Yuri), Sang Heon Lee (Min Ho), Peter Thurnwald (Alex), Regan Aliya (Juliana), and Yunjin Kim (Principal Jina Lim).
Additionally, we anticipate that new characters will be included in season 2. If we learn anything new, we’ll be sure to pass it along.
In Season 2 of Xo, Kitty, What Will Happen?
There are some unanswered questions left behind after the end of Season 1 of XO, Kitty. Kitty begins by telling Dae that she is in love with someone else. He thinks it’s Min Ho, but Kitty reveals that her heart actually belongs to Yuri. The couple has broken up, but whether or not that means for good is up in the air.
Later, as Kitty boards her flight back to the United States, she attempts to tell Yuri how she really feels, but Juliana appears and it’s evident that she’s still with Yuri. The parents of both Yuri and Juliana have finally given their blessing for them to be together. It’s possible that Kitty will begin questioning her sexuality and develop feelings for both Yuri and Juliana before the end of Season 2.
And if that weren’t enough, Min Ho tells Kitty he loves her while sitting next to her on the journey home. Kitty finds out that her mother’s first love’s name was Simon, so there’s enough material for season 2 to work with.
Minyeong told Teen Vogue, “I would want him to learn how to transform his relationship [with Kitty] from lovers to friends” when asked about his hopes for Dae in the upcoming second season.
That’s a tall order, but if you can accomplish it, you can still hold on to…the person. That’s not restricted to romantic relationships alone; it’s love all over again. So, I’m crossing my fingers that Dae doesn’t lose his feelings for Kitty.
Is There a Xo, Xo Kitty Season 2 Release Date Trailer?
