Chalamet only made his Met Gala debut in 2021 despite having been a celebrity for a while. After the 2020 COVID-19 restrictions, the Met Gala only recently returned in September.
Chalamet wore an all-white Haider Ackermann outfit along with a sharp-looking pair of Converse to the event with the theme “Lexicon of Fashion.”
Chalamet was given the honor of co-hosting the 2021 Gala, despite the fact that it was his first.

A member of Chalamet’s team in New York shared an Instagram story that led some of his followers to believe that Tim would be attending the Met Gala last night.
This wasn’t the case, as we now know. However, where was he?
Evidently, there is no formal explanation for his absence.
Chalamet might have been busy filming, according to one logical argument. There is no denying that Chalamet is extremely busy, with both “Dune 2” and “Wonka” scheduled for release in 2023.
Of course, there’s always a chance that Chalamet didn’t get an invitation given the event’s illustrious, elite character.
However, given the 26-year-now-dominant old’s standing and the fact that he served as co-host the previous year, we find it difficult to accept this.
