In June 2020, Masterson was charged with three counts of rape by force or fear, and in September 2020, Masterson pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case is still ongoing.

The last November 2022 trial was quite a difficult one and the majority was towards the side of not guilty thus the case didn’t go in any direction.
The Jury decided that the victims deserve a chance and ordered a trial to be held on March 2023.
If the actor, Danny Masterson will be found guilty he will be charged with 45 years of imprisonment. The case has been going on for five-plus years and trial after trial has been scheduled but no decision is still made.
It’s important to note that allegations of sexual assault are serious and should be treated with the utmost care and attention. Netflix fired Danny in 2017
- In December 2017, Netflix fired Masterson from his role on “The Ranch” following the allegations. The streaming service also removed him from the comedy series.
