It’s like eating Brussels sprouts, claims Kanye West, who claims he “hasn’t read any book.”
Except if you’re Kanye West, reading is essential. In a brand-new interview published on Friday (Sept. 16), the rapper acknowledged his dislike of all things literary.
When asked if he had read the book, he responded, “I actually haven’t read any book,” according to an interview with the podcast Alo Mind Full. “For me, reading is similar to eating Brussels sprouts. Talking is similar to receiving a serving of Giorgio Baldi’s corn ravioli.
Ye’s admission didn’t stop him from expounding on his passion for a book whose title he didn’t actually share with host Danny Harris as they traded aphorisms, though. “There are two men: one who believes they can and the other who believes they cannot. They’re both correct, too,” he said with a smile. That’s what you said, but it was kind of a condensed version.
That’s right, the co-founder of Alo Yoga continued.
Yes, a person who has a positive attitude will win the race. The acorn contains oak.
When discussing Kanye West’s unconventional approach to music, fashion design, and other business endeavors, West later shared his perspective. He said, “Now that we’re talking about language, what I did realize is, sometimes, it’s not that I’m not right — wait for it, watch I’ve got a good one, here we go — sometimes I’m just not right now.
It’s not now, and you’re not wrong either. Just not at this time. … And I have to be here because getting too far ahead is a bad thing. What do you do in the case? You lose the crowd.
West announced earlier this week that he has left Gap after the launch of Yeezy Gap in the retailer’s outlets around the nation. Even yet, his contract with Gap Inc. is set to run through 2030, and he also has a current one with Adidas.
