The relationship between Shannen Doherty and Kurt Iswarienko has ended. After 11 years of marriage, the 52-year-old Charmed alum filed for divorce from Iswarienko on Friday.
“Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted,” Doherty’s representative Leslie Sloane tells PEOPLE. “Unfortunately, she saw no other way out,” the author writes. Sloane further claims that an agent working for Iswarienko was “intimately involved” in the couple’s split.
PEOPLE’s request for comment from Iswarienko and his agency went unanswered for some time. TMZ (the first to announce the news) got the divorce papers, which state that the pair had split in January. Doherty is seeking the court to deny spousal support to her photographer husband after the two got divorced. They have no children together.
