Telling the truth! Nene Leakes, who used to be on Real Housewives of Atlanta, had a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction. She was pleased with her “new snatched look.”
The 54-year-old Bravolebrity posted a video of her plastic surgery procedure on Instagram on August 17 with the caption, “I did it!” “Dr. Okoro gave me a BBL like a pro! Follow my surgery at Georgia Plastic with Dr. Okoro.”
Nene, who is an ambassador for Georgia Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, said she’s “almost ready” to show off her “snatched” results and promised to take fans on her “journey” as she heals.

In a separate video, the author of Never Make the Same Mistake Twice said she wanted to “keep it classy, not trashy” when she talked about her decision to have surgery.
“First of all, there are older women… “There are older women who don’t do plastic surgery and younger women who do it all the time,” Nene said. “If you watched me on the Real Housewives of Atlanta a very, very long time ago, you know that I had surgery on my breasts and nose.” People often think, for whatever reason, that I have done many things. I hear all kinds of things, and I find it very funny. But Dr Okoro will tell you I haven’t, which is true.”
Before her consultation, the woman from Queens, New York, knew she wanted to “do something” to change her look, but she wasn’t “quite sure” what that was.
“I wanted liposuction,” Nene said, adding that she especially wanted to work on her “stomach and sides” and “bra roll.” “You women know what I’m talking about. Sometimes when you put on your bra and want to wear a backless shirt, you see a little bit of fat that you don’t think is attractive.

“I just feel like the old people’s home is going to look crazy with all these big booties up here. So I told him, “I like my a—,” as she remembered. “What I’d like to do, though, is fix wrong things. “There might be a small dent here or a small spot there.”
Dr Okoro told her that even small injections in the bottom are still considered a BBL. He and Nene came up with the term “professional mini BBL” to better describe what she wanted.
