Method
- Heat water until just below boiling and add the jasmine tea to steep for 3–5 minutes, extracting the floral aroma without bitterness.

- Remove tea bags or strain loose leaves, then stir in sugar or honey while the tea is still warm so it dissolves completely.

- Add the vanilla extract and mix gently.

- Allow the sweetened tea to cool slightly this helps prevent the milk from curdling and stir in the milk until blended.

- For iced milk tea: fill glasses with ice and pour the vanilla jasmine milk tea over the ice.

- For bubble tea style: add cooked tapioca pearls to each glass before pouring the milk tea.
