Prepare the Chicken
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut them into bite‑sized pieces or thin strips and take a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using.

- Heat a skillet over medium‑high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally and remove from heat and set aside to rest.

Make the Caesar‑Style Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Wraps
- Warm the flour tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a dry skillet (about 10–15 seconds) to make them more pliable.

- Spread 2–3 Tbsp of Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla.

- Layer shredded lettuce over the dressing, then add the cooked chicken.

- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.

To Serve
- Serve immediately while the chicken is still warm. Slice in half if desired.
