Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romaine lettuce finely chopped
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce finely chopped
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 4 ounces salami julienned
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded or chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dressing
  • cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
