To the people who look to me, please do not starve yourselves. I did not starve myself. I fed myself greens and water and fruit and protein and sunlight. Breakfast: a green smoothie made up of coconut water, kale or spinach, frozen fruit

Lunch: Salad with her favorite veggies.

Snacks: Lizzo goes crazy about hummus.

Dinner: a truffle-chickpea-mushroom ball with quinoa and salad

Dessert: whipped up a peanut butter jelly smoothie, oats, frozen strawberries, and vanilla protein powder.

A vegan diet has also just been revealed by her, which she practices. As a vegan, the rapper is also a fan of plant-based protein.

In numerous TikTok videos, she proclaimed her transition to a vegan diet and lifestyle.
