How Did The First Season End?
Sydney’s superpowers were revealed when Brad stole her diary and read it aloud at the school dance. He had learned of Sydney’s domestic woes and her affection for Dina. Then, Sydney lost her cool and accidentally shot Brad in the head with a gun, resulting in instant death.
She eventually made her way into the woods and mounted a lookout tower. A figure materialized out of the darkness and informed her that the world should be terrified of them.
Therefore, the identity of this mysterious man and Sydney’s connection to him would have been revealed in the second episode.
In addition, the man may have aided Sydney in learning to harness and make effective use of her abilities in Season 2 of I Am Not Okay With This.
I Am Not Okay with This Season 2 Cast: Who’s In It?
Season 2 cast members have not been announced by Netflix. When Netflix confirms another season, only then will we know for sure who will be returning. But we may assume that whenever the season is renewed, the main actors will make an appearance.

I Am Not Okay With This Season 2 Release Date
On February 26, 2021, the streaming service broadcast all seven episodes of the pilot. Soon after the show’s premiere in 2020, Netflix also ordered a second season. However, the pandemic had a significant impact on the show’s preparations.
So, it looks like the show has been canceled for good. Fans may, however, expect the streaming behemoth to give the matter some serious thought when the covid scarce clears.
According to sources I Am Not Okay Season 2 Is Renewed For April 2023.
As a result of the show’s high ratings and positive reception, it may be picked up by additional networks.
The writers have been hard at work expanding the plot since the show was renewed. If the show is picked up by another network, then season two will likely air soon after.

What Would the Plot of I Am Not Okay With This Season 2 Have Been?

Who Is Following Sydney?
About halfway through Season 1, it becomes clear that a mysterious figure is shadowing Sydney as her powers begin to inflict significant damage on the city.
Sydney seems to share a connection with this mysterious individual, who can seemingly vanish into thin air at any time, like Thanos snapping someone out of existence.
At the season’s close, this person reveals themself to Sydney and informs her that her training is about to begin.
What’s Going to Happen to Sydney After She Killed Brad at Homecoming?
Crazy things happened in the season one finale of I Am Not Okay With This. Throughout the season, there were multiple foreshadowings of the upcoming gorefest, most of which had Sydney covered in blood and running from the cops; in this episode, we saw how she got that way.
While in group detention, Sydney found out that Brad had cheated on her best friend Dina, which only made things worse between the two of them.
In an act of retribution, Brad discovers Sydney’s diary, in which she writes openly about her problems and the emergence of her superpowers. During homecoming, Brad made an attempt to publicly embarrass Sydney by exposing her feelings for Dina and her sorrow over her father’s death.
Quiet wrath takes over her, and as we’ve seen previously, that’s when her powers really start to shine. This time, though, she blows Brad’s mind before he can expose her deepest, darkest secret.
The killing of Brad in front of a large group of people will be discussed in Sydney’s little town, and plausible explanations will need to be developed. What are the chances that Sydney will be found out? Will she be punished for her part in his death, or will she be able to live with herself?

Will Sydney Have to Tell Dina About Her Powers Post-Brad?
The connection between Sydney and Dina is rather complex by the end of Season 1. They were good friends for a long time, but after Dina started dating Brad, their friendship began to suffer. There was some awkwardness before Sydney kissed Dina at a party, but since then, they’ve made serious efforts to make up.
It appeared at homecoming that Dina was open to kissing Sydney, suggesting that the two could develop their friendship into something more romantic. On the other hand, everything might change if and when Sydney reveals her superpowers to Dina and the pieces fall into place to reveal Sydney’s role in blowing up the head of Dina’s unfaithful ex.
Are There Other People with Powers Like Sydney’s?
The fact that Sydney and the masked man exist at all suggests there are more like them in the world.
The question that remains unanswered is whether the Novak family tree is the only one with these abilities, or if this is the X-Men-level evolutionary next step, with millions of people suddenly realizing their superhuman potential.
