Julie, played by Hilary Swank in The Next Karate Kid, would be a fantastic fit for Cobra Kai, but not until season 5. Cobra Kai has had four successful seasons and is now headed for a fifth.
It is a fantastic example of how to resurrect a franchise from the past with a current twist. While a release date for Cobra Kai season 5 has yet to be revealed, fans may have to wait a while to see their favorite characters return, as season 4 premiered a year after season 3 ended.
Terry Silver betrayed Kreese in order to become the sole owner of a new, expanded Cobra Kai dojo in season four of Cobra Kai. Daniel will have to breach the terms of his pact with Cobra Kai and band up with the Miyagi Do-trained Chozen to prevent Silver from taking over the valley with his money and warped karate beliefs. Mr. Miyagi had another student after Daniel, therefore Daniel and Chozen aren’t the only ones who inherited the Miyagi Do teachings.
Cobra Kai Season 5 Release Date

However, based on claims that the show’s filming began on September 20, 2021, and was completed on December 19, 2021, we anticipate the show to debut around September 2022. Cobra Kai season 5 cast
The season 5 cast has yet to be formally confirmed, however, several characters are expected to return. For starters, Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence are almost guaranteed to return, implying that Ralph Macchio and William Zabka will as well. Courtney Henggeler and Vanessa Rubio will almost certainly return as Amanda LaRusso and Carmen Diaz, respectively.
Then it’s almost certain that the big terrible will return. Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) will certainly return in Season 5, as will John Kreese (Martin Kove) after a possible term in prison, that is – more on that later.
Yuji Okumoto, who first repeated his role as Chozen in The Karate Kid 2 in season 3, will be back for season 5.
Xolo Mariduea plays Miguel Diaz, Mary Mouser plays Samantha LaRusso, Tanner Buchanan plays Robby Keene, Jacob Bertrand plays Hawk, Gianni DeCenzo plays Demetri Alexopoulos, Peyton List plays Tory Nichols, Joe Seo plays Kyler Park, Selah Austria plays Piper, Khalil Everage plays Chris, Aedin Mincks plays Mitch, Hannah Kepple plays Moon, Owen Morgan plays

After his surprise performance as Stingray in season 4, it’s unclear if Paul Walter Hauser will reprise his role.
Cobra Kai Season 5 Expected Plot
Season 4 was pretty eventful, so we’re anticipating a wild Season 5, which will provide answers to many of the unresolved concerns that fans had at the conclusion of Season 4. What happens to Miguel while he searches for his father is one of these questions. Anthony, do you have any intentions of learning karate? There are other others as well. And, as previously mentioned, if the program is forced to incorporate characters from The Next Karate Kid, we could be in for a fun story with Michael Ironside, Chris Conrad, and Walter Goggins on board.
Cobra Kai Season 5 Trailer
Teasers for Cobra Kai Season 4 were posted on social media in the run-up to its Netflix release. A full trailer was released less than a month before the episodes went on sale. Season 4 will premiere in May 2021, seven months after the first teaser of Terry Silver’s return aired.
As a result of this pattern, we may anticipate seeing a few teasers for the new show before its upcoming premiere. It’ll take a while before a good trailer is produced, and it’ll most likely be right before the new season starts.
