The 'Hot S—t' Music Video Sees Cardi B Play with Fire and Sizzle in Latex

Cardi B followed up the excitement of “Hot S—t,” her collaboration with Kanye “Ye” West and Lil Durk, with a music video that defied gravity, nearly two weeks after it dropped.

Cardi B showed off her curves in a variety of sexy ensembles in the video, which was released on July 12. Cardi B looked sultry in a black latex corset with only a pair of little latex pasties covering her chest as the video began.

Mesh sleeves, black latex gloves, and over-the-knee boots completed the daring ensemble. Silver robotic-looking adornments were scattered throughout the clothing.

Cardi B also dazzled in a floor-length white gown with a plunging neckline and a wavy hem that showed off her toned chest and slim torso.

She showed off her tattoos underneath her dress, which had wavy cutouts on each side, showing that she is a Bronx native.

Cardi danced with flames in her hands while her hair was set on fire. A diamond-draped top and a trench coat with a gun appliquéd on the chest were among Cardi’s other ensembles.

Cardi B’s first solo song of 2022 and her first since “Up” in 2021, “Hot Sh-t” was also a hit because of Ye’s verse. In the song, Kanye West sings, “I’m just sayin’ now I start to get used to the agony / Til one day I say, ‘fuck it,’ brought my masseuse on board.” “‘What happened?'” Who lives where?’ ‘Where’s your head at?’ reads another headline.

People who are reporting on him and Kim Kardashian’s fight “be on my nerve,” he claimed. “N—, go home, where are your kids?” he asked.

Atlantic Records released “Hot Sh-t” on July 1. Cardi B dropped the song, which was first teased at the 2022 BET Awards on June 26 and is apparently older than 2020’s “WAP,” a week after it was teased.

Cardi, on the other hand, took to social media just days before the album’s release to express her displeasure.

According to the singer’s statement to her followers, she would not be releasing a music video for the song. “This time around, I just don’t feel like doing much. When it comes to employees not executing their jobs properly, “I’m just worn out.”

The video for Cardi B‘s latest single, “Hot S—t,” was delayed due to production issues, and she considered pulling the release, but ultimately decided to keep working on the next song instead.

When asked about the next album, she stated, “I’m already working on it.” “I’m already thinking about the following record’s release. ”

After this record, it won’t be a few months, this and that. When it comes to my personal life, I’ve kept a low profile. But now I’m ready to ‘be out in the open with the world.’

In an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, she said she didn’t want to talk about the music video because it affected her so much. As a result of this video, I’ve had so much turmoil. My first time using computer-generated imagery (CGI).

When it comes to the things I like, I’m really picky about how they look. She mentioned that she enjoys building settings or being in a specific location.

“I couldn’t do anything since I was so disoriented. Upon completion of the video, I realize just how long this s—- takes! It’s been over a month since I shot this video, and it’s still not ready.

The frustration is such that I’m thinking, “You know what? Just let the song play. So much for caring anymore. ‘I’ve had enough.'”

On July 1, Nicki Minaj returned to the music scene with a new song, “Hot Sh-t,” which may have renewed the feud between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. “Monster,” a song she wrote with longtime collaborator and friend Ye, started playing during the event.

The show was abruptly terminated by Nicki. However, “a monster!” she screamed. The monster, on the other hand! “But we don’t mess around with clowns.” She then asked the DJ to cut the song and proceeded with her performance.

As Hip-Hop DX reported, Kanye unfollowed Nicki after her comments on his Instagram after she performed “Monster” at the Wireless Festival.

Although Nicki has not addressed her “clown” statements, many fans believe that she made them because of Ye’s involvement with Cardi.
