Idverde’s clients celebrate success at 2017’s In Bloom awards

Idverde clients are celebrating a successful year at the regional In Bloom awards, with 15 Gold Awards, six Silver Gilt, and a Silver Award being awarded to sites which Idverde maintains in partnership with its clients and local In Bloom groups.

The regional In Bloom awards are part of the wider RHS Britain in Bloom competition, which sees communities across the UK assessed for their efforts in the areas of horticultural achievement, community participation, and environmental responsibility.

In Bloom awards that Idverde has contributed to this year include:

Gold Awards:

  • Loughborough in Bloom (also winner of the Small City Category) – East Midlands in Bloom
  • Warwick (Large Town category) – Heart of England in Bloom
  • Burton in Bloom (Small City category) – Heart of England in Bloom
  • Uttoxeter (Town category) – Heart of England in Bloom
  • Winshill (Urban Community category) – Heart of England in Bloom
  • Eastbourne Seafront Carpet Gardens (Floral Single Site Multiple Beds of the Year) – South and South East in Bloom
  • The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (City Category) – London in Bloom
  • Holland Park, Kensington and Chelsea (Large Park (above 25 acres) of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • Gunnersbury Cemetery, Kensington and Chelsea (Large Cemetery category) – London in Bloom
  • Little Wormwood Scrubs, Kensington and Chelsea (Large Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • Kensington Memorial Park, Kensington and Chelsea (Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • Cremorne Gardens, Kensington and Chelsea (Small Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • Emslie Horniman’s Pleasance, Kensington and Chelsea (Small Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • St Luke’s Gardens, Kensington and Chelsea (Small Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • Westfield Park, Kensington and Chelsea (Small Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom

Silver Gilt Awards:

  • South Park Gardens, Merton (Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • Avondale Park, Kensington and Chelsea (Small Park of the Year category) – London in Bloom
  • St Mary Abbots Churchyard, Kensington and Chelsea (Churchyard category) – London in Bloom
  • Meads Park and Gardens, Eastbourne – South and South East in Bloom
  • Gildredge Park, Eastbourne – South and South East in Bloom
  • Manor Gardens, Eastbourne – South and South East in Bloom

Silver Award:

  • The London Borough of Merton (City category) – London in Bloom
