Gristwood and Toms win contract to deliver tree services for Curo Group

Arboriculturalists Gristwood and Toms have been awarded a contract in partnership with the Curo Group to deliver tree maintenance services across its property estate in the South West region.

Gristwood and Toms are set to take over the delivery of the services on 1 September.

Curo Group currently has 8,000 trees on its land which Gristwood and Toms will help to look after and manage.

Curo operates across eight local authorities, mainly in the South West of England. The area covers Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Mendip and West Wiltshire.

Curo also has some stock in Taunton Dean and Cotswold. In addition to planned and reactive tree works, Gristwood and Toms will also provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service for tree-related incidents.

Darren Kilby, head of sales and marketing at Gristwood and Toms, said: “We’re thrilled to be working with the Curo Group on this brand new contract.

“We understand how important a high quality reliable tree maintenance service is to our client and to their residents and we look forward to working with Curo to support this and deliver positive outcomes for the communities we work within.”
